Another week is gone and Yvonne is still having fun, she kept going to places and enjoying her work break but one morning something happened and changed everything. As Yvonne woke up, she didn’t see Arnold by her side as usual, she went into the bathroom to clean up and came out and saw him sitting on the bed “Hey babe, where have you been?” she asked as she dried her hair “I saw something today” he said “What’s that?” she asked as she walked to the wardrobe “A vision”

“Tell me about it” she said “Your friend Audrey is going to be killed today by a girl who claims to be the girlfriend of the young boy she’s laying with” Yvonne paused “What? Is that a joke” “Do I crack Jokes?” he asked “O my God, when is that, what time? “By 9:30am” he said and she looked at the time it was 9:00am “O my God, we have to hurry now, she’ll be at her boutique now” Yvonne said dressing up quickly “We cant save her” he said “What? Why? You had the vision which means we have to save her”

“It’s the consequence of her disobedience” he said “Don’t say that please, she’s my friend” “We cant change time and it’s plans” “Bleep time. Lokk, I’ll go alone then” she said getting ready to leave “Ok am coming with you” he said Yvonne drove very fast and was even scared of her own driving “Your fear can kill you” he said calmly, not scared. She was silent and at 9:20am she was close to Audrey’s boutique “Stop over there” he said and she stopped “We have to tell her” she said coming out “Go to Audrey, I will stop the girl” he said and Yvonne ran forward to Audrey’s boutique.

Arnold saw the girl coming out of a building and heading to Audrey’s shop, he walked to the girl and walked behind her, she then brought out a gun and waited for Audrey to come out. Just then Audrey was coming out with a customer and Yvonne ran to her “Audrey run!” Yvonne yelled but she didn’t, she was surprised to see Yvonne “Yvonne what are you doing here?” she asked

“Look you have to run” “Why?” “Because someone wants to kill you” “Who? Why?” The lady pointed the gun at Audrey and Audrey saw her and saw shocked, she froze and before the lady could fire Arnold collected the gun quickly, she was surprised and quickly ran away Audrey was in shock as Yvonne helped her back into the Boutique, people had gathered to see “Thank you” Audrey said to Yvonne Thank Arnold” “Who the hell wants me dead?” “The girlfriend of the boy you are laying with” Arnold said and she was silent “I should call Maria” Yvonne said and dialed Maria’s line…

“Honey it’s 9:30am” Maria said loudly from downstairs “”Yeah I know am coming” he replied in same tone; he came downstairs quickly with his tie in his hand and heading for the door “honey what about the food?” she asked “Am late” he said “So you are gonna just leave it; I took time to prepare it” she said and he stopped and walked back to her and sat down on the chair

“Am sorry baby” he said and took two slice of bread and little tea then stood up to leave “Wait” she said “Anything else?” “something’s missing” she said and collected his tie “Oh that” he said “Yes, let me help you” she said and put the tie around his neck and started knotting it, Max couldn’t resist but he kept looking at the time

“Look like the managing Director that you are” she said and then her phone rang “your phone” he said and she turned to her phone on the table and Max continued the knotting “hello Yvonne” she said “Hey Maria, how are you?” “Am Ok” she replied “Maria can you believe that Audrey almost got shot today” “What? How? Where?” “It’s a long story, just come over to her boutique later”

“Ok dear no problem” Maria said “How is your husband?” Yvonne asked “He’s fine” “I’ve to go now, see you later” Yvonne said and hanged up “Baby what happened” Max asked as he stood up to leave “Audrey almost got shot” “Wow, what happened” “I don’t know now” “OK, I have to go now, am super late” he said and kissed her and ran off…

Yvonne entered the car to meet Arnold “Thank you” she said “Should I be thanked for changing time?” “What are you saying?” she asked but he didn’t reply She drove back to the hotel in 15mins. As she arrived in the compound her phone rang and it was Maria “Hello maria are you there?” she asked “Why are you crying” Yvonne said “What? How? O my God” “Which hospital?” Yvonne asked “Am coming” that was all Yvonne said and turned to Arnold who didn’t seem interested “Maria’s husband had a terrible accident” she said but Arnold was silent

“Maria’s husband had a terrible accident” she said but Arnold was silent She turned the car and headed towards the hospital, she arrived the hospital and met Audrey and Rachael “O God, what happened?” Yvonne asked “Where’s Maria?” “she’s with the doctor” Rachael said “I pray he survives it” Audrey said “Please what happened?” Yvonne asked “A trailer ran into his car on a cross road”

Audrey said “Jesus” Yvonne was scared for Maria, just then Maria came out “Maria!!” they all said loudly as they walked to her The doctor came out of the operating room, he had blood on his clothes “Doctor where’s he?” Maria said “Is he alright?” Yvonne said “Unfortunately, he had a serious fracture in his head, both legs are destroyed, his case is highly critical” the doctor said “Please save him for me, he’s all I have”

Maria said crying “We are trying” the doctor said and went back inside After 10mins he was out again and they immediately approached him, all these while Arnold just stood by the corner observing them “Doctor, how is he now” Maria said “Madam, am very sorry, he didn’t make it, it was way too serious and surviving would be a miracle” he said and Maria froze on hearing that Max is no longer with her, she couldn’t scream or shout but tears just filled her eyes.

She cried bitterly, they tried consoling her, but couldn’t Arnold felt sorry too; after 30mins Maria said she wanted to be with her husband’s body alone, so her friends allowed her; Yvonne said she would come back to pick her up. Yvonne had decided to go stay with Maria for some time. Yvonne sat down beside Arnold “We’ll be moving over to her place so I can help her” Yvonne said but he didn’t reply “He was a good Man” she said crying “he was so friendly.

Why do goo people die?” she said crying “Everyone does, there is no exception but some deaths are unplanned and too tragic” he said without looking at her “I cant believe that after Audrey’s case, this one came up” “Yvonne it’s your fault” he said and she raised her head in surprise “What?” she said in a low tone “I told you not too change death’s plan for it will affect time’s plan “What has that got to do with what’s happening?” she asked “Everything!! (his voice rises) if

Audrey had died he would be alive” “What?” “Max was killed by a trailer on a cross road, the owner of the trailer failed to fix his breaks. If Audrey was shot dead; Maria would have gotten the News before Max leaves the house and they both would have been in the hospital here and he would have missed the death trailer.

I warned you but you chose to save Audrey who should be facing consequences of her attitude and you took Maria’s husband’s life away” he said and stood up and walked away. Its was now clear to Yvonne, she was speechles…

About 11:00am Yvonne left the hospital and entered her car with Arnold and they headed back to the hotel “Am sorry” Yvonne said “Maria owns that apology not me” he said without looking at her “What can we do now?” she asked “Nothing, trying to change anything now is dangerous but Maria must not know this or she may never forgive you” he said and she was silent.

After 5mins of driving, close to central bank there was a loud sound and somebody dropped from the skies and landed on the express lane right in front of Yvonne’s car, his landing made a serious destruction to the road. Yvonne stepped on the breaks immediately. Everybody started running and the place became chaotic as cars started moving fast and everyone scattered at the sight of the creature that landed Yvonne looked head and saw a very handsome but angry Man with wings so big and wide.

She needed no one to tell her that this was an Angel. She was more concerned with the size of his wings “O my God, this doesn’t look good” she said in fear as her heart raced. He was standing some meters away from the car, he wasn’t holding any weapon but seemed ready to fight in combat “You have to run as far as you can because this is going to be rough and destructive” Arnold said, Yvonne looked at him “Who is that?” she asked “That is Archangel Michael”…

Audrey gets home and still thinking of all that happened today, she sat down on the chair and then Chinedu came downstairs “So you are back, where have you been?” he asked but she was silent “Well, I need some money” he said “I want this relationship to end” she said “Excuse me?” he said and she turned to look at him “Isn’t that what you have always wanted?” she said and stood up and walked upstairs, he stood there staring at her as she walked away…

Maria wasn’t sure if she would ever recover from all these, she loved her husband so much that she
would never give me up for anything, she was in the room with her husband’s body lying before her she
was crying and remembering things they shared
“Max, why have you done this to me? How do I live without you? Where do I go from here? I can’t stay
at home alone without you, I’d kill myself” she was crying bitterly;

he laid there with bruises all over him
and a big opening in his head and a face like he was going to smile. She just kept crying
“Please come back” she said crying
“Please Max I beg you, for the sake of our love don’t go away. We have so many things to do together

Max please, I’ll never talk back at you” she said all she could but nothing
“Nothing hurts more than losing true love” a voice said behind her and she was startled and quickly
turned to see a handsome young man with nice trimmed beards
“You scared me. Who are you?” she asked
“I know what you must be going through right now” he said but she was silent and continued crying

“It’s not you fault he’s dead” he said and she was still crying
“It’s your friend Yvonne who killed him” he said and she turned in surprise
“What? Who the hell are you how can you say that?”

“Do you remember earlier today Yvonne called you and told you that Audrey almost got shot”
“How did you even know that? She asked
“Yvonne actually went to save her life because Arnold told her that”
“I don’t understand” “Arnold is a powerful creature and you know it but don’t want to believe it. He informed Yvonne that

Audrey would die today and Yvonne said she would save Audrey but Arnold told her that she shouldn’t because if she did your husband Max would die but do you know what Yvonne said?”
“what” “She said… she didn’t care” he lied
“What?”
“If Yvonne had left Audrey to die she would had carried the consequences of her bad life style, and

definitely that would stop your husband from going to work because both of you would go to the
mortuary to see her”
“How can Yvonne do this to me?” she said crying
“Listen, I can help you bring back your husband” he said and she turned in surprise
“You can do that for me?” she said
“Yes but you must help me do something first”
“I will do anything but wait who are you?

How would you bring back my husband?” she asked

“I am Archangel Lucifer, SON OF THE MORNING…
