TRUE LIFE STORY OF MY LATE NEIGHBOUR 2 – Mercy Treasure
(Summary)
She asked the sales girl to go and come back later or wait around till her husband returns so that he will decide on what to do as the man of the house
Luckily her husband came in immediately and they explained everything to him……
She was expecting that they will give the sales girl some money to go and renew her rent but her husband suggested that the sales girl should move in with them so that she will be assisting him to take care of the kids since they have a lot of vacant rooms in the house
The wife didn’t object,
she showed the girl one room in the house and she moved in
She continued traveling for her business and making more money while her husband enjoyed the money and started knacking the sales girl comfortably at home without fear
Mama Chekube never suspected her husband of anything until one day,
she returned from her business trip unannounced and caught her husband knacking the sales girl
She screamed and cried out pitifully then commanded the girl to park her load and leave
But the girl started begging for Mercy and her husband too knelt down with the girl and begged
But she bluntly sent the girl parking and forgave her husband
As the sales girl returned to her village and explained everything to her witch mother, she became very angry that her daughter’s madam sent her parking and continued with her husband even when the man was at fault
then she vowed to deal with them in her own way👹
Suddenly mama Chekube fell sick and began to dry,
Firstly all the hospitals she went to, ran a lot of tests on her but couldn’t see anything wrong with her
But suddenly other hospitals started diagnosing her of almost all the sicknesses in the world😭
High BP, Hemorrhage, Malara, Typhoid, kidney, Hepitatis A,B,C etc
The more they tried to treat her in the hospital, the more she was getting dried… They took her to the sales girl place to beg them for her life but the girl’s mother drove them initially and later denied being the cause of her problem, they took her to several prayer houses but nothing changed
while her friends and families were running around with her for solution, her husband was still relaxed in his base claiming to be taking care of the business and kids while calling her to find out if she was getting better😭
In her later days, when I checked on her, she was looking different, weak and almost lifeless, she said👇
“Mercy Treasure so na like this I go end?
I been no know say this life be like this o😭😭😭
I was always praying against accident because I thought it was my only risk as traveler….
Not knowing that my enemies will get me like this😭
I was so engrossed with making money and giving my husband and kids the best life because I thought I had the strength and opportunity to do so😭…..
I didn’t even get to spend time to enjoy my children or husband
Because I was always on the road pursuing money till my husband started cheating on me sef😭
See now na, the plenty money I have made cannot even save my life😭😭”
Tears dropped down her cheeks uncontrollably as she talked to me😭,
I couldn’t also help but cry with her until the doctor asked me to leave her alone so that she can rest….
Few days later, she died
Everybody in our area cried seriously for her demise
And she was buried immediately because of how much her body horribly suffered sickness before she died
In less than two weeks, we all forgot about her,
Her husband found millions of nairas in her accounts, sold her shops and moved on with his kids
He couldn’t even mourn her for up to one year before getting married to another wife without informing his late wife’s family
When they heard and confronted him, he said👇
“My wife your sister is already dead and there is nothing we can do about it, 🤔
I can’t continue to mourn forever,
my children needed a mother to be taking care of them
That is why I got married to my new wife”
Nobody could say anything again, meeting ended and everybody returned back to their various destinations in peace….
Who loosed in the end? She did
It was so disheartening that She suffered under rain and sun and on top of trucks and trailers just to make so much money
Only to end halfway without enjoying the money herself
Unfortunately her sweat was used by her husband to marry anther wife and form another family😭😭😭😭
All vanity upon vanity!
Consider your life and safety first in anything you do because only the living gets the chance to enjoy family
For there is no family in the grave,
as you come alone, na so you dey go alone😭
