Sophie fainted as she was celebrating with her friends, Sophie, Sophie her friends called but she didn’t reply, she could hear the echo of their voices.
Soon the whole place became like a flash light, Everywhere became blurred.
Doctor!!!! She is awake. The nurse called out. Sophie led out a cough. She tried standing up but was still feeling pain. Calm down madam. Greg said and hold her hands. Greg was the first face she saw immediately her eyes were opened.
What’s what’s happening? Sophie asked. Calm down madam, they doctor is coming to attend to you. Greg said. Why do you have bandages on your hands? Sophie asked.
Just then The doctor came into her ward with the nurse. Mrs Sophie Otunba. How are you feeling today? The doctor asked. He brought out his stethoscope and tested her. We are happy to have you back. The doctor said.
What happened doctor? Sophie asked. You were involved in an accident 8months ago While going to your office, but you are okay now. Your step mother Mrs Veronica Otunba has paid your hospital bills. You have been in coma, but you are fine now.
And your driver he came out of coma few months ago, and he has been with you. The doctor said.
Accident? But I have been living. I don’t get it. Sophie said. It happens. the doctor replied. Just then Joy and Mabel came into the hospital. Sophie. We thought we were going to loose you. Joy said. we are so happy that you still alive. Mabel said. They hugged.

Just then Mrs Veronica came into the hospital. Thank you ma for all you do. Sophie told her step mother. You are welcome. I’m just happy that you are alive. Mrs Veronica said.
Sophie gist with her friends for couple of hours. A week later the doctor came and discharged her. Miss Sophie, you can go home now. The doctor said.
Sophie went home with her family. Everything in the house came back to normal. Her nanny and gateman was there to welcome her. Welcome madam. They greeted her as her friends brought her home.
She sat on the sofa and her nanny went to bring her water. Do you know that I thought I lost everything. Sophie told her friends. How do you mean? Joy asked. While in Coma, I wasn’t allowed access to any of my properties. she told them.
Sophie told them everything she dreamt of while on coma and how she fell in love with her driver, how she called her ex to run away from love and how her step mother Veronica called her that she could help her get back her company, that was when she came to life. She didn’t left anything from them.
In love with your driver? Joy asked her surprised. It felt so real, I haven’t felt like that in a long while. Sophie said. The Sophie that I know? Mabel asked. What do you mean by that? Sophie asked. Not to make you angry ooo, but you are too proud to fall in love with your driver, not even in a dream. Mabel said. Sophie just looked at her.
Just then Greg came into the living room. Madam, I came to apologize for hurting you, for letting you loose 8months of your precious time, for making you looks that important business meeting, I want to apologize for involving you in an accidënt. I’m sorry madam. Greg said.
Its okay. she replied. It isn’t your fault. I’m sorry for shouting at you that day, I made you loose focus. I’m sorry Sophie said. Joy and Mabel looked at Sophie surprised. I will be going now. Greg said.
Going to where? Sophie asked. Madam, my Hand is not yet healed and I’m not sure I might be able to drive you again. I will just leave and start up a business for myself. Greg said.
You are leaving? Just like that? Sophie asked. I don’t want to burden you madam. he said. Sophie looked at her friends who were waiting to hear what she had to say, they were really anxious. Greg. Sophie said. Madam. He replied. Call me Sophie. she said. Madam Sophie. Greg said. Sophie smiled.
While on coma, We had something special going on, I can’t really tell what it is, but it felt real. But if we can try it out to see where this heads. Sophie said. There was silence in the house. Are you asking me out? Greg asked. If you would accept. Sophie said.
I have always loved you madam, sorry Sophie. So are you staying? Sophie asked. Yes. Yes. Immediately Sophie hugged Greg. The hug lasted for some minutes. Then they withdrew and He kissed her passionately.
I go love ooooo. Mabel said and a round of applause sounded in the house.
Two weeks later Sophie went back to her office and all her staffs welcomed her. She called for an urgent meeting.
My behavior towards you all before I went to coma was bad, And I apologize, I know I have not been the best boss, But I’m working on it to change, I thank you all to still taking Care of the company even in my absence. I appreciate all your efforts. And I say thank you, and I also want to appreciate the manager for leading the company to bring its biggest investors. I appreciate all of that. I say Thank you. Your salaries will be increased.
