?Mig’s POV?

I smiled as Elva fed me lunch, Chinese rice and homemade soup.
She looks more beautiful to me and her lips are a little bit swollen,due to our kiss ?

When the bullets penetrated my chest at first,the pain i had felt was unexplainable, it was a cruel pain.
I felt darkness envelope me when they wheeled me into the emergency ward.
I knew i was half gone and my heart cried bitterly.
My eyes was unable to open,my mouth couldn’t utter any word,my breathings was shallow.
And i heard echoes and cries faintly and it felt like i was in another world.

I didn’t believe i survived,just by a kiss.
I mean just by Elva’s KISS.
When her lips first touched mine,it felt like a magic but i jolted back into life.
I’m surprised as well as everyone.
How come my recovery is damn fast just by a kiss.
I can talk clearly and eat much more than before,I’m not really feeling pains anymore and the Doctor said i will be discharged in few days.

“It’s yummy” I said really enjoying the meal Elva was feeding me.
“Yes it is” Fleur also said.
“I prepared it exactly the way Mig taught me” She said with a smile.
“Wow..this aroma is lovely” We heard and turned to see Doc . Steph.
“Yes Doc. Elva prepared it” Fleur said.
“Really?”
“Yes Doc.” Elva confirmed with a smile and continued feeding me.
“Wow, Miss Wilson you gat everything” Doc said.
“Miss Wilson?” I asked confused.
Fleur quickly gave me a light pinch and i put a fake smile.

“Yes Miss Wilson” I said.
“Yeah Miss Wilson gat everything;

Her kiss is magical.
She’s good with kids.
She’s a very good cook.
She’s hard working.
She’s beautiful.
Friendly and nice to be with…To complete it all, she’s the envy of others” Doc said and we all smiled.
Elva blushed slightly,her cheeks turn redder when i winked at her.

“Thank you Doc” She said and he nodded.
“Wow isn’t this Chinese rice and homemade soup?” Doc asked.
“Yes it is”
“Wow…it has been long i taste that,it has been my favorite dish since childhood” He said.
“Do you care for some?” Fleur asked.
” Of course” Doc said licking his lips slightly.
“Okay Doc..I will dish out some for you and deliver it to your office” Fleur said.
“Ok thanks..Elva you should see me once you are less busy and Mig how are you feeling
now?” He asked.

“I’m fine Doc”
“Your recovery is amazing and miraculous..well it’s all for good. I need to go to my office now” He said.
“Okay Doc” We said and he waved before heading out.
“Doc. Steph is sure a nice person,are you sure he’s Ben’s uncle?” I asked.
“Who knows? But they are related in some ways” Fleur said and stood up…
She picked a dish and started dishing out the meal for Doc.

“I will be right back” She said with a covered plate of Chinese rice and homemade soup in hand before heading out.

Elva and i is left alone in the ward,I’ve finished eating and we both stared at each other without moving.
I pinched her cheeks playfully and she smiled.
“I missed you” She said.
“Really?…I was only gone for some hours”
“Yeah..but i thought we’ve lost you and i also believed you will come back to us”
“Ohhh !!” I sighed.
She rested her head on my chest and i stroked her hair.
“Won’t you eat?” I asked.
“I’m not starving yet, looking at you already made me full” She said and i think i blushed.

“I can’t wait to be discharged so we go check out the secret passage and confirm if Daisy is right about the golds” I said.
“Of course..we are gonna check it out once you are discharged…I’m feeling sleepy” She yawned.
“Come sleep beside me” I said and she nodded, climbed on the bed beside me and dozed off,her head placed on my chest.
I kissed her forehead and sniffed her hair.
I stared into space for a while before falling asleep.

?Ben’s POV?

I peeped into the ward Mig is kept and shook my head sadly as i saw the both of them asleep,with Elva’s head placed on his chest.
I walked in fully and rested my back on the wall staring thoughtfully at them.
Their love for each other is deep and endless.
How could a kiss wake someone who is scheduled to be unconscious for days.
Just a Kiss…A damn kiss.. isn’t that.. isn’t that awesome.

And come to the think of it..I’m the architect of Mig’s survival ,if i hadn’t dared Elva to do something that will make Mig wake,she might never tried that not to talk of Mig waking up too soon and yet they just chased me out like i mean nothing.

I also had faults but I’ve promised myself to let go of everything..
Their love for each other can’t be separated,if i try making them separate from each other,it will make Elva hate me more so why don’t i just let it be.
I’ve let go of my feelings for Elva,I’ve let go of everything and I’m now planning to start afresh.
I smiled as i saw Mig mumble something in his sleep, drawing Elva closer.

I walked out of the ward and walked past the corridor.
I saw Nurse Claire coming out of a ward, walking to the reception.

Guess what?

She now has my heart..Yes i mean it..Nurse Claire now has my heart.
I smiled as i walked after her, trying to meet up with her.

?Daisy’s POV?

I sniffled and clean my tears,my eyes are already swollen and I’m now starting to regret my actions.
I wonder how Mig is feeling now?
I really hope he will survive it.
When did i become a killer?
When did i turn cruel?
When did i have an unquenchable taste for my money?
When did i become greedy?

Yeah…I guess it all started the moment i went to the city of Mexico and met Sasha..
She was my childhood friend and has become a musician and a model.
She accommodated me,then told me i have to start feeding myself,she initiated me into the Secret fortune hunters and since then I’ve changed.
I’m actually not a very nice person before but i wasn’t this worse.

I have to find a way to get out of here,i can’t spend the rest of my life locked up in a countryside.
How will i cope?
I need to set up a plan! Now!

? Elva’s POV?

I yawned and opened my eyes,I can feel my head still resting on Mig’s chest,i felt like staying there forever but i can’t..
Right now I’m starving.
I gently slipped out of Mig’s grip to avoid waking him up.
I walked over to where the meal is and took a plate.
I dished out some Chinese rice and homemade soup in a plate,then settled down and started eating hungrily.

I’ve almost finished my meal when i felt Mig stirred,i looked at him .
He isn’t fully awake yet,but i know he will be awake soon.
I placed the empty dish back on the stool and gulped down a glass cup of water.

I sighed in relief and rested a bit before standing up.
I want to check on the children.
I walked towards the door and opened it.
I looked back at Mig and smiled before walking out of the door.
I headed to my ward…I mean the children’s ward.

I opened the door and entered,my gaze fixed only on them.
I saw surprise written all over there faces before they all stood up and rushed towards me.
“Elva..we missed you” They chorused.
“I missed you all also…How have you been?” I asked hugging them one after the other.
“Not fine Elva..we are starving”
“Starving?” I asked.
“Yes..we’ve not had lunch”
“Really? But it’s past lunch..is the cook still preparing lunch?” I asked.

They didn’t answer but they all looked towards one direction,i followed their gazes and i widen my eyes in surprise as i saw a lady sitting on the chair i normally sit, she’s a bit pretty with a red hair,blue eyes and pale lips,the shape of her head is like that of a guy’s.
I saw the basket of lunch right on the desk before my gaze slipped back to her.
She returned my gaze with full force,daring me to say anything.

“Miranda right?” I asked the kids and they nodded.
I walked towards her and the children trailed behind me.
“Hey good afternoon” I greeted.
She stared at me without response. I shrugged and continued.
“The children’s lunch is right on your desk and you left them starving..does that make some sense to you?” I asked furiously. She kept mute.

I furiously grabbed the basket from the desk and instructed the children to go sit on their beds.
They did and i started dishing out their lunch before serving them round.
They smiled and ate hungrily.
I looked back at Miranda who had stood up from the chair walking slowly towards me.
“Who gave you that order” She asked coldly.
“Ohh… really?..I thought you were mute” I said.
“Why the hell would you serve the children lunch when i was not ready to do so” She said.

“Ohh..you mean you only serve the them lunch whenever you are ready to?..that shows how cruel you are..put yourself in their shoes and see how it feels to starve” I retorted.
A look of surprise cross her face.
“Get the hell out of here” She said in a command tune and i laughed out loud.
“I’m not moving an inch from here and if i do,just have it in mind that you will be fired right away” I said.
“You are going crazy right..how dare you just barge in here and perform that nonsense.” She said.
“If I’m crazy then you are crazier because no normal person would starve this children just whenever you are ready to” I said and felt a slap across my face.

I immediately dragged her hair to pull her close,i sent two punches on her jaw before dragging her out of the door.
I pushed her to the floor and pounced on.

“Omg what’s going on here..stop this” I heard before i was dragged from the bitch who was breathing endlessly. She looked angrily at me and i smirked.
“What’s wrong?” The Doctor asked but none of us answered him.
“Well fighting is prohibited in the hospital environment..you both should come with to go see Doc. Steph” The Doctor said and started walking towards Doc Steph’s office,we trailed behind him.

I didn’t know this lady was this cruel. How could she starve the kids just because she felt like doing so.

We came out of Doc Steph’s office.
I was smiling or rather laughing while Miranda is in tears..
She has been sacked and i’ve received my pay.
We both walked back to the ward,i need to ensure she leaves without hurting the kids.
She kept sending me glares and i kept laughing hard.

We entered and she walked straight to where her bag is,i stood by the door to waiting to slam the door on her once she leaves.
She walked back to me;
“You will regret this” she whispered in my ears before opening the door.
“You can’t threaten me” I yelled back at her.
“Hey children tell Miranda goodbye” I said and they all squealed happily.

“Good bye Miranda”

I’m not gonna miss you”

You are as ugly as a bitch”

We hate you”

Don’t ever come back”

Cruel Miranda” They all shouted after her and we laughed.

?Fleur’s POV?

I walked out of the hospital’s restroom and headed back to Mig’s ward.
“Fleur we have to attend to an emergency” I heard and turned to see Ben putting on his surgeon outfit with a worried look.
I nodded and followed him into the emergency ward.

I stood shocked at what i saw..

It’s Daisy covered in a pool of her own blood !!

“Of course that’s what I’m gonna do,I’m booking a flight to Fraser island,the countryside of Australia first thing tomorrow morning” Sasha said.
“Ok then i will go with you” I said.

I left the call on and continued watching the TV.

“I can’t contact father,i need $200 ,i want to go to the countryside to continue my search for Dan” She said and i hissed.
“I don’t have that amount…just get out and wait till your father is back” I yelled and she scurried out.
She has more than that in her bank account but I’ve seized her ATM card.

She hasn’t stop her useless search for Dan,whom I’ve sent to the countryside of Australia to continue his damn life there.
He’s a threat to me…I mean a big threat.
He’s the only male grandson and sure he will get a lot shares of property.
I don’t want that and to hell with him wherever he is.

Come to think of it,I’m the one that caused his birth because i actually hired the guys to rape Dianne,I did it for her father to hate her but Damn !! This old man loved her more.
He treated Dan more like his own son and i know my share in his property is gonna decrease and as a smart woman like I’ve always been..I acted fast.
I think i will have to get rid of Dianne the way i did to Vinnie, because she’s becoming a pain in the ass and if she gets to the countryside,she will definitely find Dan and that means I’m doomed.

Vinnie acted stubborn,that was the reason i partook in the plan to get rid of her.
She’s too beautiful, always earning respect more than i do.
As soon as Dianne is dead,then i will get rid of Winters..I can’t wait to have all these to myself.

I heard another knock.
“Who the hell is that again?” I yelled.
“It’s Maisey Ma’am”
“Oh Maisey come on in” I said and heard the door open.
She walked in with some servants behind her carrying loads of clothes,shoes and bags.
I smiled.
They dropped all of it in the closet,bowed and walked out with only Maisey remaining.
I got up and walked to the closet to check out the things i now own.

? Dianne’s POV(Elva’s younger sister)?

I cried as i laid on my bed with my maid trying to comfort me.

I’ve missed Vinnie,she would have stood up for me.
She was kidnapped and died when Dan was growing.
She bought a lot of things for Dan and loved him so much.
She didn’t fufill all her promises to me before she left.

Vinnie would have never watched me cry like this but now she’s gone..
There is no one to comfort me.
Dan was also kidnapped but i have a feeling my son is alive,he’s alive somewhere.
I vowed to keep searching for him till i see him.
The next place I’m gonna search for him is in the countryside of Australia,and nothing will hinder my search.

Why the hell do i always cry like a baby !!

Why the hell do i always behave like a dummy !!

Why the hell do that bitch have to seize my ATM card and i couldn’t do anything !!

Why the hell do i have to sit and watch like a fool without searching for my son !!

“That bitch have to return my ATM card today !!” I yelled loudly storming towards her bedroom ..
