Bina, Do you remember during secondary school, how you refused to accept first position and insisted the principal gives it to me because i came second in the class?
Yes i remembered,but the protruding stomach principal refused, and on crying and refusing to go home,he gave us both first position to the envy of other students. We shared everything together. It pains me now why i even attempted to do what i did,she cried uncontrollably.
Stop crying T and what did you do. Stop crying, you break my heart with those tears, stop please.
I feel so ashamed of myself right now Bina. I shouldn’t have done what i did. But believe me,it wasn’t my fault B,it wasn’t my fault. I was over pressured.
What are you talking about? you are getting me more and more confused right now. Why should you be ashamed of yourself? What did you do that you are regretting? And who pressured you into doing what you did. There’s nothing that i cannot forgive you of, nothing.
B, i don’t know if you will ever forgive me on this but i pray and wish you forgive me after hearing what am about to disclose to you now. Is a very long story,but i promised to tell you every bit of it but please, at the end,try and forgive your friend.
~Flash Back~It all started the day we met Lucky. You know i have always told you that i have my eyes on Lucky,i have always wanted him for myself. I even imagined how many kids we will have together if we eventually gets married. I let you in,in all these,is not as if you were unaware but, she paused, cried a bit and continued, but,i still can’t believe that you accepted him immediately he asked you out.
He bought you a car on your 24th birthday,send money to you on several occasions. I waved it aside because you’re my sister and friend,a man cannot be the reason for our fight and misunderstanding, they don’t worth it. Tina narrates.
