Still at the cafeteria
Elara’s POV
The cafeteria went still and i know who just came in..It’s Nicky.
I glanced up and saw her coming towards my table with her two puppies…
“You know what Elara,i think i will have to stop you from eating in this cafeteria. I can’t just let you infect other students with the germs coming out from your meal.Nicky said and the students gasp…She turned and walked out of the cafeteria…
So it’s me she came for,just to embarass me and leave.
I bit my lips to stop the tears from falling out of my eyes. “This is just getting too much,i know what i would have done to her but…I don’t want to lose the scholarship,it really means alot..I mean alot to me.
I stood up and walked to the class,i saw braylen already sitted…
“Does he normally eat in the class?” I thought as i sat on my seat. I brought out the time table and it reads “Maths”.
Yesss,i love maths!
Braylen’s POV
The teacher came in and started teaching,i was really enjoying the class. She asked some questions and i answered it all.
The teacher continued teaching and we were all absorbed in the teaching….
Until the door flew open and Nicky entered the class with her two puppies..
“Nicky we’ve started this class for the past one hour,where have you been” The teacher asked with a little frown..
“And..Who the hell are you to ask me where am coming from in my father’s school huh?”
“Nicky it’s just a question,i have to ask you where you are coming from as a tea…
“So you still have the guts to talk back at me?” Nicky said..
“You know what? get ready to be fired!…Rossi my ipod please. Nicky said and collected her Ipod from her friend.
I shook my head,i already know what’s gonna happen.
“Hello dad.” Nicky said into the phone
“My angel,how are you.” Her father’s broad voice filled the silent class. Nicky purposely clicked the loud speaker.
“Am not fine dad, a teacher disrespected me,she dare ask me where am coming from” Nicky said into the phone.
Oh! my angel please forgive her,she acted like any good teacher would”.Her father said…And the teacher nodded.
” No dad,i want her fired!”.
Not again my angel” Her father said.
No dad,i said i want her fired! right now” Nicky yelled more loudly widening her eyes.
Ok..Ok..I will call the secretary to prepare her sack letter,her name?” Her father asked..
Miss castle” Nicky said grinning.
“Ok. Bye angel”
Bye dad” Nicky said and handed the purple ipod to one of her puppies..
“So miss castle,your sack letter is already with the secretary,kindly collect it and leave this school this minute” Nicky said to the teacher.
The teacher went out of the class with bloodshot eyes…
Nicky giggled along with her friends as they walked to their seats…..
We had one more subject before school was over.. I went downstairs and met my driver,i hopped in the car and he drove off…
Elara’s POV
I was shocked at what Nicky did to the teacher..
It’s so unfair,i noticed other students are not very surprised,definitely this is not the first time she has done such…
The teacher did what any responsible teacher would.
Nicky seems more cruel and dangerous than i thought,i will just have to avoid her,i’m not ready to lose the scholarship that will take me to the university level,and that would also make me do what i’ve been wanting to do…I thought and stopped a cab…
I entered the house and percieved the aroma of Sopes(meatball soup)
I know they’ve sent money from my father’s company in spain,because Sopes is a very costly dish and we only cook it when we recieve the monthly tips.
We usually manage the monthly tip till they another one because that’s what we live on.
I dropped my bag on the couch and went to the kitchen,i met granny cooking.
“Granny” i called and moved closer to her..
“Ara you are back,how was school”
“Fine granny” i said and began helping her….
We finished cooking Sopes and it looks delicious. “I can’t wait to eat my Sopes” i said shaking my body in excitement. Granny gave me a funny look…
We both bursted out laughing as we took the Sopes to the dining..
I bet you would want to join us if you see how delicious it looks….
Hey guys, am thinking that the next chapter should be about Nicky and Kristin so we will also know their point of views..
