I sat in the sitting room waiting for Kristin who’s coming to pick me to Braylen’s house..
Kristin and jerry is now dating,i was so happy when she told me at school yesterday..
The both of them were smiling at each other at school yesterday..
‘They are so in love’
..”Piiin-piiin” Sounds the horn of Kristin’s car..
“Granny bye” I shouted from the sitting room
“Bye Ara” I heard her faint voice from her room..
I got outside and hopped into Kristin’s car..
“Hey Ela”
“Hey Kristin” I said..I keep having a bad feeling about today..
“How is jerry?” I teased..
“He’s doing fine,he called me this morning” Kristin replied smiling..
“Awwwn my friend is so much in love” I teased again and she hit me playfully on my back..
We both giggled and i kept teasing her about jerry till we got to Braylen’s house..
“Uncle dave,i will call you if am about going home” Kristin said to the driver and he nodded..
We alighted and knock on the huge black gate,the security man opened the gate and allowed us in.
Braylen’s house is also very big and beautiful,we knocked on the gate and braylen opened the door with jerry behind him..
“Hey guys”
“Hey come in” Braylen said..
Jerry pecked Kristin who kept blushing and giggling..
We all sat on the couch,the door of a room opened and an elderly woman came out..coming towards us..
Braylen went to stand beside her..”Guys meet my nanny excluding jerry” He said and we all laughed…
“Good morning ma” Kristin and i chorused..
“Morning,braylen you’ve got beautiful friends” Nanny said and i think i kinda blush.
“Your names?”
“Elara”
“Kristin” We both said and she nodded smiling..
“Girls what do you care for?” She asked.
“Nothing for now”
“Ok then if you want anything,braylen will show you to the kitchen..” She said and left..
“Guys let’s go swim” Braylen said and we all followed,he gave Kristin and i swimming suits and we both went to change before joining them in the pool…
The water was so cool and i feel like staying in it forever..
We swam and played in the water till noon,we were feeling hungry so we changed into our clothes going inside…
We sat on the dining chair eating…
“Elara come with me” Braylen said and i followed him..
We climbed the stairs and walked a little further before he opened the door to a room ‘i guess it’s his room’..
I followed him in and closed the door gently…
“Your room is cool” I said glancing round the room.
I walk towards the picture frames hanged on the wall..
Braylen held in the middle of a man and woman..But the faces looks familiar….
I thought and looked at the picture more closely
Heat started dripping out of my face..OMG, they are the one ,the people i saw that night,the people who killed my parents…
I felt my legs quivering,my teeth clashing,my stomach rumbling in shock,my heart beating fast…
I turned to braylen with my last strength..
“Braylen who are these?” I asked with my voice shaking,my eyes already blinded with tears..
“Elara what’s wrong they are my parents” He said..
I felt my legs going weak…
💕💕Braylen’s POV💕💕
I brought her to my room to tell her about my feelings but she’s acting strange..Her eyes are looking so red..
“Elara what’s wrong?” I asked worriedly about moving closer to her..
“Noooooooooooo” She screamed,her voice echoed the whole building and i shifted back in fear..
Jerry,Kristin and Nanny rushed into room
“What’s wrong?” They asked but suddenly went silent when they saw how red her eyes is..
“Nooooooooooo” She screamed again breaking the picture frame… We all rushed towards her..
She removed her hair band,pulling hard at her hair…
“Noooooo” She screamed loudly again before she fell flat on the floor…
“The..y..kil.led..th..em” She mumbled before she fainted…
“Elara wake up” Kristin shouted already crying beside her..
Nanny quickly called emergency..
I stood dumbfounded, not understanding what she meant..
Who killed who?
We were all looking shocked cos that was very strange…
