Kristin’s POV
Jerry !!
I felt heat rush to my face as we approach their table..
“Hey Krisin,Elara..” Braylen said as we sat with them..
Jerry also did the same but he called me krist and i felt butterflies..
“Are you guys done with your practical?” Ela asked…
“Yes” They both said..
“Jerry’s mum actually invited me over” Braylen said..
“Invited you to a cafeteria?” Ela asked curiously..
“She owns the cafeteria” Braylen replied.
“Really?” I asked before i could stop my self…They all gave me a look..
“Hmm…The thing is,i normally come to this cafeteria,and i don’t think i’ve seen jerry once..” I said to clear their doubts…
“Ohh, that’s true. Im mostly in her office..” Jerry replied..
“O..ok” I said..
A pretty woman approached our table..
“Hey girls,what do you care for?” She asked
“Mum,they are also my friends in school” Jerry said..
Ohhh…the beautiful woman is his mum..I thought..
“Really?” She asked facing us and we both nodded..
“I normally see you around” She said to me smiling..
“Yes i do come around alot” I said..
“Ok,your names?” She asked..
“Am Elara”
“Am Kristin” We both said..
“You’ve got beautiful names girls” She said..
” Thank you” We both said..
“So what do you care for?” She asked us..
“I want french fries,Elara ?” I asked facing her..
“Same” She said..
” Ok,give me some minutes.” She said and left..
” Tree monster” Braylen suddenly said and started laughing,i joined in the laughter cos Ela has told me what happened..Jerry also joined in the laughter and i guess Braylen has also told him…
Awwwn..
He looks more cute when laughing…
Ela stood up and started hitting us playfully to stop laughing…
We were still laughing,people at the other tables were staring at us…
“Girls,you can have it” Jerry’s mum said placing the fries on our table..
“Thanks ma” We both said and started eating..
” Mum,we also want some” Jerry said and Braylen also nodded positively..
“Huh,you guys have eaten more than three plates before they came and you are asking for another one again..Not possible” His mum said,rolled her eyes and left..
Ela and i started laughing cos Braylen and jerry’s face were in a frown..And they made it more funny..
Braylen whispered to jerry and they both stood up..We were still eating our fries thinking what they are up to…When the both suddenly grabbed the fries and started running round the cafeteria eating it…
“Jerry bring it back” I yelled.
“Braylen,hand it over right now” Ela said..And we both started running after them..
Jerry’s mum was laughing along with some people in the resturant..
We both sat on the chair exhausted from running,sweating and panting…
Jerry’s mum gave us chilled water along with another fries..We drank the water first and started eating the fries..
We saw Braylen and jerry approaching our table and we quickly rushed the remaining fries before they got to our table… We both gave them glares and pretented to be angry..
“Krist am sorry” Jerry said and i felt butterflies again in my stomach…Trying hard to hold my smiles…
“Tree monster am sorry” Braylen also said and we all bursted into laughter including Ela…
We talked about the practical,played and laughed till it was evening..
“It’s already late” Braylen said standing up..
“Yes” We all said and stood up..
“Ela should Braylen drop you,it’s already late and besides i will still have to trek home cos i didn’t bring my car and you know your house is a little far” I said and Ela looked at Braylen..
“Yes am gonna drop you, Jerry why don’t you escort Kristin home since her house isn’t far from here” Braylen said..And i gazed up at Jerry..
“Yes i planned on doing that,since you want to drop Elara at home and i wont want Krist to walk home alone since it’s already late” Jerry said and i blushed..
“Goodbye ma” We all said to Jerry’s mum..
“Goodbye darlings” She replied and we all walked out of the cafeteria..
Ela entered the car with braylen…
“Ela,i will pick you on monday” I said,she nodded and waved..I waved back and the driver drove off…
Jerry stretched his hands telling me to take it..I put my hand in his and i felt shiver run down my spine..
“Krist you look more beautiful today” He said as we trekked and i blushed uncontrollably..
“Thanks” I said…
He told me to tell him more about Edron college and i did..We both laughed at some parts,we continued walking my hand still tucked in his till we reached my gate..
“Hmm..Jerry this is my house” I said stopping in front of our gate..
“Wow your house is beautiful” He said..
“Thanks”
“Soo..I guess this is goodbye,we are gonna see in school on monday” I said.. about to turn..
” Krist thanks for coming to the cafeteria” He said and hugged me…I was suprised but hugged him back..I cant resist his scent ..
We pulled away…and i felt suddenly shy..
“Hmm..Goodnight” I said blushing real hard about to open the gate when he pulled me back and placed his mouth on m.i..ne..I felt myself melting,i kissed him back hungrily dipping my fingers inside his hair to bring his soft lips more closer to mine..
I cant get more of it…
