Tunji’s story amazed & shocked the three audience,jimmy,mr Daniel and his wife, Mrs Daniel.
“Tunji you’ve killed me! “Mrs Daniel cried.
“mom I’m not the one. I don’t what this people want from me”he declare as he wept.
Mr Daniel sat and buried his face in his palm. Jimmy too was speechless as he walks around hitting his car key on his lap to figure out the next line of action.
“my children must not die! Nothing must happen to tunji and tinuke “she shouted and cry bitterly.
She was weeping when tunji started whooping, in a twinkle of an eye, he start to gasp, foam start to fill his mouth. Mr Daniel rushed to him “my son what did you take before coming? “
“dad I took… a… Po…i… son….so…. that…i will be out for sure because I’m the one responsible for this miserable happenings…..”he gasp again.
“Ahhh !! Tunji you’ve killed me”her mother throw herself on the floor crying.
“call an ambulance! “Mr Daniel shouted on top of his voice.
Jimmy picked his phone and call the ambulance. In 20mins time the ambulance arrived, they rushed tunji in and head straight to the hospital.
Mr&mrs Daniel with Jimmy followed the ambulance to GATE WAY HOSPITAL, one of the nest hospital in the state
Jimmy make sure that the ward tunji is been taken was fortified with policemen incase any unexpected happenings come up.
The doctor quickly attend to tunji.
“Tiran Tiring…. “phone rings, it Jimmy’s phone, Dickson had just put a call through him that tinu has been found and the kidnappers had been apprehended.
“that’s a good news “Jimmy whoops for joy.
Seeing Jimmy’s mood, Mr Daniel asked “Jimmy what’s happening? “
“it’s a good news actually, tinuke had been found and the kidnappers has been arrested “Jimmy break the news.
It was a good news though but yet another bad day for the expected news because of what has happened to their only son, tunji.
When Mrs Daniel heard the news, she was happy that her lost daughter had been found.she asked her husband and Jimmy to go to the police station to sort things out while she waits in the hospital to know Tunji state of health.
It was a good idea from Mrs Daniel, The both exit the hospital and went straight to the police station.
Arriving at the police station, Mr Daniel quickly rush in to see her daughter.
Tinuke has really changed. Her cloth looked raggy,she only took her bath twice while she’s with those kidnapper. Her hair looked poor and shattered.
“Daddy! “she says as she scream and hugged his dad delightfully. It’s been long she got the living hug from his dearie father
“Hope those guys don’t touch you? “he asked.
She nodded her head positively in respond.
As she want to narrate her experience, her father tell not to and tell her teeboy, his brother is responsible for her guitless suffering. As they were cheering, Jimmy told him the DPO await him in his office.
He followed Jimmy and they entered the DPO’s office
“Hello my Barrister Daniel! “the DPO said and they shake hands
“have your sit”he welcome him
“My DPO you have really done a great job apprehending those criminals”mr Daniel complement the DPO.
The DPO laughed and ask one of his policemen, Jimmy to bring the suspect.
Jimmy went out to bring the suspects.
“my DPO have you charged them to court? “he asked
“Yes of course, they are going to court tomorrow morning “he declared
“wow I love that! “Mr Daniel exclaimed
As they discussed on, Jimmy came in with six men. They wear no cloth except boxers. They had scars on their bodies.
“so you are those people who threatened to kill my son and who is responsible for my daughter’s disappearance “Mr Daniel confronted them about to punch one of them in the face but Jimmy hold him down, stopping him from doing so
“Mr Daniel you need to calm down ” The D. P. O yelled
“This man is so damn irritating me I feel like.. “
“It’s OK barrster Daniel ” The D. P. O interrupt slamming his hand on his table.
“This people are truly the one that kept you busy running helter-skelter and unrest, fine, but let’s hear the side of their story, the reason why they did this to you and your family ” The DPO explained.
“Alright! You can say your reasons but I’m going to make sure YOU ROT IN JAIL! you stupid idiots!!! ” he claimed furiously.
“PA!!! ” a slap on one of them face from Jimmy asking him to speak up and say before they charge them to court the following day.
One of them speak up
“Daniel or what’s your name called?? You’re the reason for our actions! “
“What did you mean!!!? ” Mr Daniel interrupted furiously.
Mr Daniel became more indignant at the suspect statement and how he addressed him.
He stood up and engage in a brawl with him by choking his neck in the DPO’S office.
