Sebastián Yatra – real name – Sebastián Obando Giraldo, is a popular Colombian musician, singer-songwriter who started off his music career as a Latin pop artist, later tapped into ballads, and has also recorded several successful reggaeton tracks.
When he dropped the smash “Traicionera” in 2016, he became well-known in Latin America. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with musicians from several musical genres and published three studio albums.
Yatra, who was born in Medelln and spent most of his childhood in Miami, started singing at an early age and later started his musical career there. His first big hit was “Traicionera,” which was followed by “Robarte un Beso,” a collaboration with Carlos Vives. His 2018 first album, Mantra, contained the single “Sutra,” which included Puerto Rican rapper Dalmata, as well as the lead single, “Traicionera.”
