IS WEDDING RING A MUST?
Wedding rings, are a tradition, not a “must do”.
You can be married without a ring, however for a legal marriage you will want a real wedding license and a proper officiant. Along side, the bride price been paid which is most important and the couples receiving their parents blessings.
“What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
Either you welcome rings as a symbol of love or not, it is God that joins the union between a man and his wife together not a wedding ring.
They say wedding ring represent a symbol of infinity but marriage is not forever. How?
Death ends a union between a man and his wife.
Wedding ring do not make a marriage. It is not a requirement for marriage. What is required is love to keep you going in the journey of marriage.
The dignity of marriage is for couples to live in love, peace and harmony till death do them part.
God does not want divorce! Does wedding ring stop couples from divorcing? Does wedding ring stop one from the act of committing adultery?
So many single are desperate for marriage not because of anything but because of putting on the “fine wedding ring” and that’s all, nothing more.
Marriage is more than flinging wedding rings in your finger.
In conclusion, wedding ring is not a must. You can have a successful wedding and marriage without a wedding ring.
