I walk out of granny’s ward and i saw Kristin still at the reception,sitting with her head down..
What have i made of this girl?She isn’t even involved in what am making her pay for?
I think i will do with only Kristin for now..
“Kristin” I called and she glanced up at me..
“Ela” She called standing up..
“Kristin am sorry” I said..
“No Ela don’t be sorry,i understand how you are feeling” Kristin said..
"Ok kristin" I said..“How is granny?” She asked..
“She’s asleep,kristin it’s getting late won’t your dad be worried?” I asked..
“No i’ve called and explained everything to him and i’m also sleeping in the hospital with you and granny” Kristin said..
“You mean you will stay with granny and i ?” I asked and she nodded..
“Thanks kristin” I said hugging her..
“Ela,i know you don’t want to talk about what’s happening for now,so i will let it be. But if you are ready,you can confide in me ok?” Kristin said..
“Ok kristin,thanks…Am actually going home to prepare puntas(mexico dish) for granny before she wakes up,so let’s go together” I said and we both walked out of the hospital heading home…
I entered the kitchen immediately we got home and i quickly start making puntas..
Granny likes puntas alot and i hope it will make her get more better cos it’s a medicinal meal..
I dished it out in a covered plate and also placed a bottle of water beside it before packing it in my lunch box..
“Kristin should i dish some puntas for you?” I asked..
” No,my dad called just now and said aunt senora is bringing our meal to the hospital..So while granny is eating her puntas,we will also eat the meal aunt senora is bringing..
“Ok then let’s hurry so we won’t keep her waiting” I said…I carried the lunch box,walked out of the house with kristin after locking the door..
We walked to the hospital which is not very far from the house..
We entered the reception and met aunt senora waiting with some packed meal in her hand…
“Good evening aunt senora” We both greeted..
“Good evening,how are you?” She asked..
“Fine” We replied..
“Sorry i didn’t ask for your name the last time you came, what’s your name?” Aunt senora asked..
“Ela” Kristin answered..
“Ok Ela,so sorry about your granny,can i check on her? ” She asked and i nodded..
We entered granny’s ward and she’s already👇
