MARRIED TO MY GRANDMA’S GHOST
Episode 9
After some minutes, Lucy’s mom stopped praying and she did the sign of the cross before standing from the ground.
Lucy ran to hug her. “Mom, you’re the best!” She exclaimed, hugging her tightly and her mom embraced her with a smile.
“I’m always here for you my daughter. If I don’t protect you as a mom then who will?” Lucy’s mom asked and they heard a phone ringing in one of the rooms then they disengaged from the hug.
“Just start cooking already and please don’t be afraid,” Lucy’s mom said before leaving the kitchen to get her phone.
As soon as she picked up the call, it was the voice of her pastor speaking. “God is showing me something about your family. I’m seeing something about your family, the spirit that you just fought will come back again,” he explained and Lucy’s mom eyes widened.
“How’s that even possible? But I thought she has been destroyed forever.”
“Not yet! She’s going to come back but in a different way. Do you remember your twin sister that had an accident when you both were little? She’s the one using your mother’s de@d spirit which is automatically Lucy’s grandmother to haunt Lucy,” he explained further and Lucy’s mom paused for a while.
“That’s true, my twin sis died a painful death and when we noticed that she’s de@d. According to my mom (Lucy’s Granny) she buried my twin sister on a mere ground because she was still little and it’s of no use organizing huge burial ceremony for her and my mom lied to everyone that my twin sis body wasn’t found.”
“And that’s why she decided to use your mom’s spirit to haunt her granddaughter. She needs consolement. She has rested in peace for many years. Her spirit has been in your household, waiting patiently for your mom to d!e and immediately she did, your twin sis started using her body,” the Pastor explained more and Lucy’s mom exhaled. “Don’t give up. All you need to do is…,” the Pastor couldn’t finish his words.
“Shut up!” A loud gh0sty voice ordered him from the phone and ended the call instantly.
Lucy’s mom walked to the kitchen, the noodles were already on fire with Lucy looking after it. She then poured out all noodles and gave Lucy a hard sl@p.
Lucy got extremely shocked, she didn’t even know if she should talk about the noodles on the floor or talk about her own mom sl@pping her hard across her face.
“Mom, you just sl@pped me? But I haven’t done anything wrong yet!”
“Shut up!” Her mom ordered and sl@pped her again, this time around giving her a wound with the little finger nails she has.
“Jesus! Mom!” Lucy exclaimed, still standing and staring in shock.
“Call that name Jesus again and I’ll strangle you!” Her mom said and Lucy felt electric shock and goosebumps on her body.
“No.. no… This can’t be that same gh0st. Nooo!”
