MARRIED TO MY GRANDMA’S GHOST
Episode 7
Lucy stood up from the ground and started running to where she doesn’t even know, she was just running to protect herself from the evil birds and luckily she found her home which she ran inside, panting heavily.
She slowly walked to her room and saw her mom with her phone trying to dial a number and it was Lucy’s number. “Mom,” Lucy called and her mom looked up to her.
“Oh, here you are. Where have you been, I’ve been trying to reach you but…”
“Yes mom, I’ve been going through alot since you went for your business trip and thank goodness you’re back.”
“Going through alot? How?” Her mom asked and Lucy sighed.
“Grandma’s ghost has been after my life, she wants to k!ll me and she also forced me to get married to her.”
“What! Grandma’s Ghost?” Her mom’s eyes widened. “When your grandma was alive, she used to be fond of you. She used to love you so much. And wait, about marriage, how can you accept such?”
“Because I was forced to do so, and I think she won’t disturb me again because you’re around now. Mom please don’t ever leave me alone in this house.”
Lucy’s mom pulled Lucy into a hug and tapped her back repeatedly like a baby. “It’s fine, I’d never leave you alone in this house, okay?”
Lucy nodded and smiled, her heart was finally at rest after some days. “My heart can’t even contain the joy that I feel right now. I’m really happy that every single attack has ended,” she expressed herself and stood. “Let me cook something for you to eat, I’ve not cooked for some days now.”
She got to the kitchen happily and brought out a pack of indomie. She needs to cook something that’ll boil fast so that her mom can eat because it’s obvious that she’s really hungry.
Lucy kept the pot she was supposed to use, on top of the electric stove and went to slice her onions then the pot suddenly fell down without anyone touching it.
“You think you can possibly escape from me because your mom is back?” Lucy heard her Granny’s voice and she stood on her spot with goosebumps on her body.
