THE PREGNANT WIFE

Episode 2
It was early in the morning around 6am,Mr Lawrence woke up,he called his wife for them to pray.
“Honey it’s morning already,wake up let’s pray”Mr Lawrence called his wife
“It’s early I need to sleep more”Mrs Joanah replied as she rubbed her eyes and continued sleeping.
Mr Lawrence looked at his wife,he smiled and bowed his head to pray,he held his wife hands as he prayed after his prayers,he prepared for work,he took his bath, dressed up on his working attires, carried his suitcase.he stares at his wife as she was still sleeping.
“I don’t need to disturb her she is sleeping….oh no I need to wake her I don’t want her trouble,that I ate alone”Mr Lawrence said to himself,he patted his wife
“Honey please wake up let’s go and eat please”Mr Lawrence called his wife
Mrs Joanah stretches her body,yarned and opened her eyes and greeted her husband
“My sugar goodmorning”Mrs Joanah greeted
“Good morning love, please I’m ready to go to work, please hurry go and brush,so we eat together”Mr Lawrence told his wife
“My sugar I’ll also take my bath”Mrs Joanah replied as she stood up from bed
“Ah My Angel, I’ll be late for work”Mr Lawrence said
“Hmmm Honey you want to eat without me today again abi..?”Mrs Joanah asked
“No, I’ll wait for you,when you are done I’m in the sitting room”Mr Lawrence answered
Mr Lawrence left to the sitting room and went to the dinning table,he sat on chair as he made tea.He waited for his wife,he looked at his wristwatch the time was 7:20am.
“Oh God let her come out na I’m late for work”Mr Lawrence said to himself
Still on his thoughts,his wife entered,she sat on the other chair opposite her husband,She was angry as she saw bread and tea.
“Wait Sugar is it tea and bread we want to have as breakfast”She asked
“Yes baby”He replied
She frowned her face and started crying
“My Angel what is it?”Mr Lawrence asked
“I don’t want to eat tea and bread”She replied
“What do you want to eat”He asked
“I want to eat custard and bread”She replied
“But baby I’m late for work,try take tea please”He said
She cried the more like a baby
“I want to eat custard and bread”She cried
“It’s fine let me prepare custard for you”Mr Lawrence said and left,in few minutes he entered the dinning
“Please add peak liquid milk and sugar for me”Mrs Joanah said
“Alright Honey”Mr Lawrence replied,he added the milk and sugar into the custard and mix it,he gave it to his wife,he sat down on his chair to eat
“Thank you,you’re caring My Love”Mrs Joanah thanked her husband.
After eating,Mr Lawrence left to work..
When Mr Lawrence got to work,he entered the company, everyone greeted him because his father was the owner of the company and he was the director of the company.
