And I was about retiring to bed ,

Chioma my roommate asked looking at me suspiciously like say I dey owe her;
As you can see ma, am about going to bed and besides I have a new Korea film I wan watch before sleeping I said already lying on my bed with my phone by my side
Korea film! !Korea film ! Every time , na Korea film you go chop? She said rolling her eyes at me ,
Omo Winnie your own don too much for Korea movies oh ,dey suppose don give you award for all these movies u watch Abeg Amaka chipped in , she’s also my roommate , the three of us occupies one room,
Girls Wetin be una problem abeg ? I said dropping my phone , why una dey tackle me this night after all tomorrow is Saturday we no get lectures tomorrow so am allowed to do whatever I want ok, I scoffed at them both and went backs to my movie ,
Aahhh!!!! Yessss! Chioma screamed immediately with joy ,
Girl wetin dey sub nah, night don come no dey scream like that Abeg Amaka hissed and enters the bathroom to have her bath,
I rolled my eyes at them and was about plugging my earphones to enjoy my movie when I heard Chioma screamed again
Ladies get ready we re going to party!!!!!!
Amaka rushed out of the bathroom immediately with towel tie around her chest and asked with her eyes sparkling , am not surprise though she loves party pass anything…….i heard you screaming about going to party , which party we dey go abeg ? .
I just got some informations right now from my friend about a birthday party tonight inside town she explains with so much excitement,
So u wan go nah I asked her ? Did they invite you?
What do you mean by I wan go nah , Winnie ? All of us are going to this party simply and yes they invite me she said rolling her eyes at me ….
And why is that ? huh! Me I no dey go anywhere oh , u fit carry Amaka go I told her lying back on my bed to concentrate on my movie,
This party , fine boys go dey there Amaka asked smiling, her own no pass to get new catch since she broke up with her boyfriend Amaka don dey find new boyfriend since,
Of course nah , and the most interesting part is that big boys in town will be there and they go spread money like maddd!! Even precious wey give me information tell me say the last time she go say she pick reach 30k Chioma kept explaining with so much enthusiasm ;

Hmmmmm chiomaaaa no dey lie Abeg I no fit believe am , although I haven’t gone to birthday parties before except children’s birthday party I do go when I was little I still do not believe the spraying of money for this hard country ……..

Anyway sha if dey like make they spray dollar me Winnie I no dey go anywhere simple ,

Eeh ! Winnie oh ! remember say nah ur turn to bring money for food from tomorrow Chioma said laughing at me ,
E don reach my turn I asked looking shocked and truth to be told I don’t have any money on me
Aha ! shishi no dey my hand oh ,
Yes oh na your turn to feed us this week
We do bring money for food week by week and today nah Friday that means tomorrow is a new week so is your turn …..
