River Goddess Episode 3 – Victor Eric
I was hearing Lucy voice in the breeze, since that day I and Lucy had been seeing secretly in the river side.And she had been so nice to me.cause she always gave me gift and also encourage me to be strong that is a matter of time ,my worries will be over.
But the only surprising thing,was my resent way of act.sometime I will be seeing my self in the river with Lucy playing,some time she will come with her friends and they also welcome come.sometime I will be eating fresh meat with them in the dream and if I woke up I will having a teste if blood in my mouth.
One day I went to fetch water from the river and I saw a very beautiful average woman at the river side ,I greeted her and goes into the river to fetch some water,but when am about to go the woman stood up and ask me “what are you doing with my daughter?”I was like “ma which daughter?” She said LUCY ,that am distracting her form concentrating on her duties.
She asked me to stay Clare from her daughter if not I won’t like the outcome,that she don’t know what her daughter saw in the body of an ordinary human child.that I am warned.but I was like ma I don’t have anything to do with her that she is just a friend.she ask me,if I had seen where gods and human are eating from the same pot before?I said no,she asked me to go home that my aunty will be waiting for me.
But before I went home that day she asked me the name of my mom , immediately I told her ,the name of my mom name she gave me a look that I didn’t understand,that was when she told me that,she would not have allowed me to be friendly with her daughter but because am a son of her own that I should feel free to ask her anything anytime through her daughter.
I went home that day but something happened in my family compound that night,that night I slept and dreamt of going to my house,but this time I didn’t go alone but with the woman and Lucy,they bless my mom and dad with a lot of goodies.
