I heard the voice of Lucy calling from the river.as a man in hunt of Allie’s I had to ran down to the river, behold Lucy was brutally injured,I help her to get to her fit,so when we got home i asked her what led to her injury.she told me that her people attacked her because she was trying to protect the human.

She told me that I should be expecting them soon, it may be this night or tomorrow morning.then I asked her how she managed to escape,she said the guard didn’t lock her cell gate.so she took her chance.i had to call the chief priest and tell him the news that I got.

The priest passed the information down to the king and the king pass the information to the entire Isieke youths.that night we sent some of our youth to go to Our neighbouring village(Ekeoba) to inform them that the announced war is about to begin that they should come with our messengers to our land this night to plan how to attack them together.

The gods be with us they send 500 warriors to us, another village (Eke Ukwu)that heard what is about to happen sent their best 200 warriors,that night Isieke was filled with warriors.that same night our own warriors that is more than 900 men joined the force.

The greatest battle of our time is about to take place in the land of Isieke,the battle of Men and Mermaids.the whole youths matched down to the River ( IYI ukwu) and lay an ambush waiting for them to come out so that we will be the first to attack.

Immediately it’s 1 A.m there was a great sound that come out from the river behold the first thing that came out from the river was Creature’s of the oceans followed by the men( kings and prince ) of the River the (Queens and princess) was the last to come out.

Lucy tried to use her powers to stop them from entering our land but they over powered her.the battle begins
