Kennedy closed his eyes like someone deeply hurt. He opened them, turned to Dorathy and began to ask...So all these while, why didn’t you advise her to stop when she was doing all these?

Dorathy couldn't answer, she kept muttering words and looking down touching her hair.

They both started shedding tears. I’m so sorry Tracy said to Dorathy who left her and ran out of the hospital. She tried following her but Dorathy had already stopped a bike and left the vicinity.
Tracy stood confused in tears. She needs to go beg her husband for forgiveness and tell him the whole truth. But then she has to go back to her brother who she had left all alone inside the hospital. You heard your brother in-law, let's hear from doctor Eunice first then we will know our way forward Dermian said with a smile.Madam Sonia had already forgotten that doctor Eunice told her that Dera had regained her memory and will be going back to her parents soon.
She checked her time and it was fast ticking. She was already a minute late with the time she had agreed with doctor Eunice.
She told Dermian that her time was up and needed to return Dera to doctor Eunice. Dermian put his hand inside his drawer and brought out a little gold chain he had left there for a very long time and placed it around Dera's neck.
Dera thanked him and left his office with madam Sonia.
They got to doctor Eunice's office and knocked. Surprisingly she opened the door immediately like she was standing at the door waiting for them.
When Doctor Eunice saw them, she was relieved and relaxed. She had tried Madam Sonia's number but it didn't go through. She asked her why her numbers didn't go through which scared her. Madam Sonia brought out her phone and it was on flight mood.
Can I see you privately madam Sonia asked doctor Eunice. Doctor Eunice nodded her head and went out of her office with her. When they got outside, madam Sonia told her she would really like to adopt Dera no matter what it was going to cost her.
Doctor Eunice reminded Sonia that Dera had regained her memory and will be joining with her real parents soon . Madam Sonia insisted that she would also like to meet with the real parents of Dera.
Doctor Eunice knew she had just invited trouble.
She thought for a while and then nodded her head. She told madam Sonia she was busy and would like to get back to what she was doing and would get back to her later. Madam Sonia thanked her and left.
Doctor Eunice left for her house with Dera. Dera helped her prepare what they were going to eat for the night. Peter came back earlier because he didn't have much to do at the office.
When food was served and they were all eating.
Daddy, what is the meaning of adopt Dera asked innocently?
Peter looked at Dera stopping the spoon that was on its way inside his mouth.
Where did you hear the word adopt?The Aunty that I saw in the hospital yesterday took me to her office. Everyone was asking her if she had adopted me. She also took me to another man’s office, he said they would like to adopt me. The man gave me a fine necklace but mummy collected it.
Peter turned facing doctor Eunice who had already dropped her spoon and feeling uncomfortable. What is the name of this Aunty that said she will adopt you Peter asked faking a smile.
They were calling her Madam Sonia in her office. Dera answered.
Peter stood up from the dinning and left for his room. Doctor Eunice looked at Dera and then followed Peter into the room.
I'm so sorry....I’m so sorry doctor Eunice started pleading as she walked into the room…
The woman was begging me to spend just few minutes with her own daughter Hun.. I couldn't stand her begging me after what I did to her. I'm so sorry I didn't mean to go against what we planned.

Peter said to doctor Eunice who had already started crying.

They both left for the dinning. Dera asked Peter if he had called her father. Peter said he called but his line was switched off but he will still keep trying. He convinced Dera that she was safe with them and he promise to give her the best.
After meal, Dera wanted to clear the plate but doctor Eunice asked her to go have a rest while she does it.
The next day, Doctor Eunice was in her office going through a patient's file. Someone knocked on her door , who is it she asked? No one responded to the question.
The knock came again... doctor Eunice asked who it was and there was no response again. The knock on the door came again for the third time, it angered her and she quickly went to opened the door. She needs to see who is constituting the nuïsânçe.Doctor Eunice got shocked when she saw Kelvin standing at her door post. He pushed the door open and walked in while Doctor Eunice took few steps backwards. He heart beat started racing and she could feel goosebumps all over her skin.
