SAME NIGHT
Betty, Phina and Queency were in their sitting room laughing like they
never did before as they recalled and talked about the slap Kehinde
received from Adesua his wife.
”Seriously eeh, that slap was an award winning one” Betty said and they laughed aloud
”That lady is really mean. Jeez..” Queency added
”As in eeh, is that her junior brother or the husband??” Phina asked
”I don’t just know my dear, tha lady is an action lady” Betty said
”I just still dey feel the slap ooh” Betty added
”But the man is a calm type ooh. Not all men will tolerate that” Phina said
”Anyways, I don’t blame him jare, who will see models like us and won’t stand to peep twice” Queency said and they laughed
”We reign this Lagos city jhorr!!” Phina said and they hit their hands together
”But we have caused a big trouble if that was her husband” Betty said
”And how does that concerns us?” Phina attacked her speech
”Abeg jare.; Let’s go and prepare for tonight’s show. We really can’t
miss this contract” Queency said and they jumped off the couch laughing
in a gossip way..

Abigail and Musa the gate man was seen sitting on the varenda of Musa’s
room which is very close to the gate. Musa was dressed like an officer,
normally their attire as a security man. A dark and bit thin man.
”Musa, you see yawa wey gass today?” Abigail asked
”My sister, so you follow see am. The thing tire me ooh” Musa said
”I just dey gate here dey feel the slap as e dey resound” Musa added
”Like eeh, I dey clean and the vibration pour my water away” Abigail exaggerated and they laughed
”But that lady harsh ooh” Musa said
”Abeg jhare.. Make we leave that mata for Mathaias.. All of Us dey dis Estate, we go see wetin dey happen” Abigail said
”Na so ooh” Musa concurred
”As for me eeh, I don go sleep jhoor.. I work too much today” Abigail said yawning and stood up but Musa held her hand
”Ahh.. Ah!! Na so you dey do your own?” Musa asked Abigail
”Unto say wetin eeh?” Abigail asked Musa
”E don tey wey I dey ask you for dis tin nah” Musa complained standing up also
”Which thing. My friend talk fast, I wan go sleep” Abigail said
”Dat kere wawa wey I tell you about nah” Musa said smiling sheepishly
”You dey craze!! Infact your mama na idiot!!” Abigail insulted Musa
”Chaii!! No problem, I accept, just make we waka enter inside nah, I no go waste time” Musa said
”Useless man, no go marry… Heii!! Na me do myself” Abigail blamed herself
”I no blame you at all. Na me make mistake go give you my body dat day. Nonsense!!” Abigail said to Musa
”You fit still do am again nah” Musa said
”Just see the condition wey you dey put me nah” Musa said using his legs to hold his organ
”Eiyaah, why em neva burst?? Leave me now now before I break your head!!
You no dey fear face abi??” Abigail barked on Musa and Musa left her.
She began to walk to her room
”E no good ooh” Musa shouted but Abigail shunned him and walked away
”Cheii!! Omo see wahala ooh. Which kind witch be this one nah” Musa
cried internally still packaging his organ.. He locked the gate and
walked into his quarter…

2:38 AM
The horn of a car was heard aloud from outside the gate, hooting steadily.. Musa jumped out from his room
”Na who be that??!!” He yelled but the horn was still blowing. Abigail rushed out and met Musa at the gate
”Who be that?” Abigail asked Musa
”I no know ooh” Musa said trying to open the gate
”Come here, you no get sense?? Dem use your sense buy paw-paw??” Abigail asked Musa
”What if they are armed robbers?” Abigail asked.
”Heii!! Na true ooh” Musa said and they starred at the gate. The horn died down and a female voice was heard
”Where is this gate man?,” The voice yelled from outside the gate
”Hiaa!! No be Betty voice be that?” Abigail asked
”Na she ooh” Musa concurred and opened the gate.. They roughly drove in almost hitting Musa down
”Kawaiii!!” Musa exclaimed. The three ladies alighted from the car. On opening the door, the sound of a loud music was heard.
”Jesu!! These ladies are stupid!” Abigail said and they put off the
music holding alcoholic wine in their hands dancing and staggering.
”Whooo!!!” Betty exclaimed
”Life is amazing” Phina added
”See wetin person dey do herself because say she be model” Abigail said
and Musa started licking his mouth starring at them. Abigail gave him a
hard knock on the head
”Mumu Man.. Better go sleep, you dey find wetin senior you” Abigail said
and left hissing. Musa went to his room also. Betty, Phina and Queency
staggered and walked to their room flinging money all over the bed. They
slept with their shoes on and their room left open and scattered.
Adesua watched them from the window but Kehinde was fast asleep..
