My name’s Lia mark, actually Amelia mark, I’m seventeen years old, a teenage girl.

February_12th_Monday_2018*

I woke up Monday morning in my enormous and gigantic bed, I yawned lightly and stretched my perfectly fit body a bit.. Not to brag but I do have a perfectly fit body,.. I sat properly on my bed and turned to my right to glare at my alarm, which didn’t wake me up, “nice work Genevieve” I said to my alarm and threw her in the waste bin, I do have a pretty awkward habit of naming things, I got out my bed and walked to the bathroom to have my bath ..

After that I put on my school uniform and brushed my golden blonde hair down, I hurried out to the door without my school bag and head downstairs,..
I live with my dad, mom and step mom, my dad he’s kind of an unsatisfied person, after getting married to my mom, and after my eight birthday, he brought in Delia, which is my step mom saying he wanted to get married to her, my grandpa agreed but grandma wasn’t happy about it..

He later got married to Delia and now she and my mom have becomes like the best of friends ever, I have a step sister who’s Delia’s daughter and who’s eight years old , who’s name’s emerald and who is very very polite

“break fast mi lady” our house cook Martha said placing a plate of omelet on the table and smiled
“sure thing” I said and sat down, my dad came downstairs wearing his Tuxedo as always, he’s a pretty business man, always traveling from this county to that country, he doesn’t rest
“good morning dad” I greeted and he shot me a glare, and I corrected my self

“sorry good morning father” I said and he nodded, he prefers me using the term ‘father’ he said dad sounds disrespectful
“that’s more like it, so I’m off wish me luck I’ll be back tomorrow morning or maybe tonight,” he said and I nod.. He stopped like he wanted to stay somewhere but he just shook his head negatively and walked away and I faced my food..

And sighed , after eating i called one of the maids cleaning the floor to take my plate to the kitchen, I stood up and sighed heavily,
“mi lady, this is your bag” I hear our Martha’s voice behind me and I turned swiftly.. I took my backpack from her and said
“my dad’s gone now, you can call me Lia” I said and she slowly nods
“yes miss Amelia” she said and I sighed, well I’m kind of used to her over respective attitude..
I held my backpack firmly and was about to walk out of the door when my mom approached me..

“honey, ” she called and I smiled and turned to her
“good morning mother” I greeted politely
“yeah good morning dear, did you see your father go to work this morning?” she asks and I nod
“yeah.. I mean, yes it hasn’t been too long since he left” I said and she moved closer
“he didn’t break the news right” she said

“what news? ” I asked
“uhmm never mind baby I’ll see you after school,” she said and pushed me out the door and I wondered what was wrong,
I also left out one little detail my family came from a very long line of royalty…. And that’s what made my dad to be living in billions..

And I don’t really know how they work but I don’t care actually..
as I closed the door behind me I saw my very best friend Derrick Standing beside my driver Klaus, both of them were waiting for me beside my car.. I wouldn’t call it my car since I’ve never driven it though, but still it’s my car..

“hey princess” Derrick called and I gave him a small smile..
“good morning miss” Klaus greeted
“and to you too” I replied and he opened my car door and derrick and I entered..
I’ve known Derrick since 5th grade and we’ve been friends since then, close friends he’s actually the only one I know who understands me, who gets me he can be quite funny, but annoying sometimes but that’s Derrick for you..

Klaus finally pulled over and Derrick and I came out of the car,
“Klaus my man, see you after school” Derrick said and tapped his shoulder but Klaus didn’t give him a reply,

We both walked in school together and as usual I heard greetings from different places.. In school, not to brag I’m pretty popular at school, one I’m the School’s president and two for my royalness I guess I got to my class and so did Derrick.. We are both in the same grade but not in the same class.. …

I got to my seat and placed my backpack on the desk, time to start another day, I stood up and went to the back of the class to grab my text book from my locker, as I opened the door of my small locker someone bumped into me and pushed me forward, I swiftly turned after gaining my balance and Amanda Barclay was standing there smiling devilishly

Amanda has been my rival since like forever she’s the school vice president , she’s jealous because my dad is more wealthier than hers and because I’m from a royal family..
Childish right?

She competes with me with like everything, people call us twins though even though they know we’re enemies and still not related, they say we both look kind of alike because we both have the same blonde hair, green eyes, the same height and we were both born on the same month but different date, what a stupid coincidence..

“oops I didn’t see you there” Amanda seethe with a smirk
“you never will” I said and took my book then closed my locker door.. As I walked back to my seat I purposely stepped on her,

“oww” I heard her say and I turned swiftly and smiled
“oh sorry dear, didn’t see you there” I said and walked away and she just huffed and walked to. Her seat too which next to an empty seat which was clearly right beside mine..

Everyone got ready for class that morning as our class teacher walked In with someone beside him I didn’t get to see the person’s face since I was too focus on my book..
“good morning students, we have another new student, please introduce your self young man” I hear Mrs Hilda our class teacher said..

“Uhm.. I’m Noah, Noah Clerk” the New student said and I looked up to see this Noah of a guy, I smiled admiring his pretty face and shyness, he gave Mrs Hilda a look that says that’s-all Mrs Hilda nodded and said to “me”..

“Amelia dear, please do care to show Noah around the school during lunch time”
“yes ma’am” I Said and Noah smiled at me “take a seat” Mrs Hilda said and walked out,
Noah walked to the empty seat in between me and Amanda and said
“can I.. ” and gestured his hand toward the seat..

Before I could reply Amanda said “of course you can” And then Gave me an “i-won” look like I was fighting over anything, Noah sat down and sighed and then moved his hair backwards..
“I’m Amanda” I hear Amanda said and he smiled at her and shook her hands, I rolled my eyes and faced my book..

BREAK_TIME

As everyone heard the bell they all stood up and I fixed my chemistry note in my bag and tucked my hair behind my ears, sighing calmly, just then Derrick burst In the class and smiled at me waving
“hey there princess” he called and walked up to me.. I stood up and rolled my eyes
“you are so loud” I yanked and he laughed.. “oh forgive me princess for being loud” he teased and I rolled my eyes again, he knows i hate being called princess ..

“come-on let’s go eat” I tell him and was about to walk away when Noah said
“Uhm Amelia, ” I turned and he stood up.
“remember earlier, you told Mrs…Mrs.. Hilda you’d show me around the school” he said and I suddenly remembered

“oh yeah I’m sorry please come-on let’s go” I said and he nodded
“but what about lunch” Derrick said while I shot him a glare
“lunch will have to wait Eric” I said and he sighed
“how about you guys go get Lunch and I’ll show Noah around the school” amanda offered while I shook my head negatively
“no thank you, Noah let’s go” I said calmly and he walked up to me, and we both head outside with Derrick too..

we introduced ourselves and I showed noah every single thing he had to know about the school and he seemed perfectly happy and fine about it but Derrick had to be annoying about it
“and lastly this is the school’s cafeteria, which have anykind of food and dessert you want” I said with a small smile
“well thank you Amelia” Noah said nodding his head
“you’re welcome, it’s my job you know” I said
“your job?” he asked

“she’s the school’s president” Derrick quickly said and I rolled my eyes at him..
“oh ” Noah breathed out
“yeah and Noah please just call me Lia” I said and he smiled and nods
Derrick pushed his brown hair backwards and said “so princess I’m gonna be inside eating I’m starving when you’re ready you’ll come join me” he said

“why do you call her princess anyway” Noah said scratching his blond hair
“because she is one duh” Derrick backfired
“okay.. ” Noah said not getting a hint of anything and I smiled at his confused state
“Lia’s great great grand uncle is James mark sapphiron” Derrick said, okay Derrick is going way to far, I hate telling people I’m from a royal family, Dang it..

“oh my, James mark sapphiron?? So wait wait you’re like a princess now” Noah asks me
“no not really, James mark sapphiron was actually my great great step uncle so we’re removing from the line of royalty” I said and he nods and say
“okay whatever you say princess”
“Noah you too? ” I yanked and he laughed, such a sweet laugh..

“come-on let’s go eat” Derick said and we all walked in the cafeteria

SCHOOL_CLOSED

Klaus drove Derrick and I home, but dropped Derrick In front of his house before driving me in the estate ,
“miss” Klaus called
“what is it” I said picking at my fingers
“we have a problem” he said
“what is it” I asked

“there are cars parked in front of the mansion , so there’s no where left for me to park” he said
What the heck ..
“it’s okay, just park somewhere here and we’ll trek to the mansion” I said and he nods slightly and parked the car, and we both came down
Who the heck parked a car in front of our mansion..

I thought

Getting to the mansion it wasn’t in only a car that was parked but like hundreds, I’m just exaggerating, it was actually nine cars, eight BMW’s and a white limousine at the front, I saw my dad’s car too , I thought he’s coming back Tonight or tomorrow morning what’s going on.. I said to my self as I opened the door and walked in..

I saw unfamiliar faces and men in suits surrounding our huge couch..
“oh sweetie you’re home” my mom said and ran to hug me and everyone stood up, apart from my family there was a middle aged woman, an old woman, an old man, and a woman who looks like she’s in her early 40’s
I greeted them all politely and the old lady Gave me a big, very big heart warming smile which seemed kind of creepy..

“sit Down sweetie” Delia my step mom said and I politely did and everyone sat Down too
“Amelia Elizabeth sapphiron mark” the old lady called my full name staring at me and I replied her very politely and smiled..

“she’s a beauty” the woman in her early 40s said
“I know, we mustn’t waste any time” the old man said ..
“yes it’s true” my dad said giving me a look I didn’t understand
“honey.. ” my mom said and I turned to her and she sighed heavily and said
“you’re getting married”
Wait..

What? What? What?
WHAT??????!!!!!

“m.. Mmm… Marr.. married?” I repeated and my mom and every other person nods..
Oh kill me..
